Qxpress is the default delivery option in our shop and we only recommend Qxpress to buyer. Because it is faster,come with insurance and tracking number.Seller will update tracking in the system once order confirm. Singpost Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.However it is not trackable, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3-14 working days to deliver. BTW, if buyer has doubt on Singpost normal mail delivery, please opt for Qxpress delivery instead.
For buyer want to change to normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs.
